Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling and engaging copy for email newsletters, social media posts, websites, print materials, paid ads, and more!
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop social media strategies for both Clients and Agency, including maintaining monthly content calendars, publishing posts, and monitoring/participating in engagement
  • Assist Lead Graphic Designer with transforming client ideas into polished designed pieces, including logos, print materials, web assets, and other projects as they arise
  • Work with both Content and Design team to plan and curate photos to be used in social media posts for each client that fits their brand personality, including creating mood boards 
  • Measure and analyze the performance of current campaigns to identify opportunities for improvement and determine the ROI of social media efforts
  • Help manage client email contacts by uploading new contacts, deleting unsubscribers, and segmenting audiences on Mailchimp and Constant Contact
  • Other relevant duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of an associate’s degree in journalism, English, marketing, graphic design, or a related field with at least 1+ years of professional experience, agency life preferred
    • Will consider work experience as an alternative to a formal education degree
  • Intermediate knowledge of managing social media strategies for different brands and platforms
  • Basic experience with SEO trends
  • Self-motivated and have a high attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills, including the flexibility to handle multiple assignments for multiple clients simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Intermediate knowledge of Canva and/or the Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis on Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign
  • Basic experience with web design
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

 

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working with B2B, education, and travel & tourism industries
  • WordPress web management experience
  • Passion for continued education and developing new skills

Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

  • Transform client ideas into polished designed pieces
  • Develop campaign assets including logos, web banners, page layouts, social media imagery (including paid social), and various website graphics, both still and animated
  • Streamlining processes to increase productivity and quality of executions
  • Provide overarching support to team members as necessary
  • Extremely organized, project and time management skills, detail-oriented, multitask and prioritize workload
  • Other relevant duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of an associate’s degree in art, graphic design, or related field with at least 3+ years of professional experience, agency experience preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis on Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, and XD.
  • Advanced experience with web design
  • Self-motivated and have high attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, including the flexibility to handle multiple assignments for multiple clients simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • WordPress web development and Motion Graphics experience
  • Experience working with B2B Industries
